Free Live Online Chant and Silent Meditation
with Padma

Meditate with Padma for 30 minutes each Monday and Wednesday (at 9 am pacific) and Friday at 12 noon.

Are you anxious or worried? Want to be more relaxed and feel safe? Chanting plus meditation is a powerful combination that expels stress and builds your inner strength. Join us once, twice or three times a week!

Together online we’ll:

  • learn about a sanskrit word (3 minutes)
  • listen to a sanskrit chant with the word in it (5 minutes)
  • meditate in silence together ( 15 minutes)
  • explore how this wisdom can really help you in every day life to reduce anxiety and fear (7 minutes)

Padma will introduce a Sanskrit word and reveals its applicable meaning. Then we’ll listen to an audio recording of a chant that she recorded in the Himalayas of India. We’ll then meditate in silence, and after that there’ll be a few minutes to ask questions.

Meditating together as a group is always a very powerfully sustaining energy. Join us for this group meditation.
