Advanced Yogic Philosophy and Practice
Online Workshop with Padma

December 19 and 20, 2020
4 hours on Saturday, and 4 hours Sunday

We’ll explore the secret lessons and deeper philosophy of the Patanjali Yoga Sutras, the classical text of meditation for yogis.

On Saturday we’ll study the nature of the human mind and ego, and on Sunday we’ll delve into learning how to really get free and practice freedom.

On both days I’ll also guide practices of breathwork, concentrations, and meditations.

There will be plenty of time for dialogues and exploring your own questions.
The Pre-Requisite is that you’ve completed at least one course with Padma, since this will not be a beginners workshop. If you have any questions or requests please email

This workshop is offered thanks to Hasu, owner of Yoga By The Sea in Roberts Creek, B.C., and for these 2 days we’re joining in with her and her current Advanced 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training Program for this group’s weekend of advanced yogic philosophy. I’ve had the honour of offering philosophy and practice workshops to Hasu’s YTT groups for years, and this is the first time we’re meeting online for this.

December 19 and 20 from 10am to 12noon, and 1pm to 3pm

Yoga is meant to be real and present in your daily life, and so you are encouraged to bring your inquiries. Any topics about meditation, the sutras, and about living life in enlightenment are welcome,  so please take advantage of this chance to ask your questions and clarify any concerns. All questions will be welcomed!

Every registrant will receive a pdf of some materials about the Yoga Sutras that we’ll refer to, so you don’t have to buy a text book. If you have a version of Patanjali Sutras then you can bring that along.

Early Bird Tuition $195 + GST on or before December 5
