Live Meditations with Padma
All Welcome! Join Padma and friends once a week in this half-hour meditation group. We meet Wednesdays at 9am (pacific time zone).

We start with a few words of wisdom with Padma, then listen to a Sanskrit chant, and then meditate in silence for 10 minutes. After, there’ll be time for some questions, comments and sharing your experience.
